Home ownership is good for the economy

I had a great day yesterday. I was busy, meeting with clients, and together we made some pretty solid decisions; solid decisions that benefit you as a prospective New Jersey home buyer.

First, the owners of this 3-bedroom colonial at 265 N. Burtis, Hamilton, NJ decided to lower the price on their home to $279,900. This is an opportunity that you don't want to miss!

Next, I met with the builders of two new construction homes in Lawrenceville, NJ. Guess what? They have offered a price reduction as well at 892 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ. Imagine yourself in a spacious, new 4-bedroom home in Lawrenceville!

Last evening, I listened to our president as he graciously tried to allay the worries of our nation regarding the mortgage and banking industry. It could have been scary. It could have been troublesome; but all in all it was hopeful and positive. True, we are facing more challenges than we did three or four years ago. We are restructuring our economy due to some miscarriages in the system. But isn't it great that we are taking responsibility for our actions? Isn't it great that we can see home ownership as a true investment in our future?

Let me say it again. I had a great day yesterday. Call me at (609) 587-9300 x 403 or (609) 658-2612 and together we can make it a great day today.
